This consent is limited to the operational use of your submission by Cohlay and does not extend to any onward sale, licensing, or commercial use of your personal data.

Cohlay is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) and any applicable federal UAE data protection laws.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
